A one-day course that takes you from theory into practice. Learn how the full set of IMS outputs, including the ILM, BM, Benefit Management Plan (BMP) and Response Options Analysis Report (ROAR), link to Victorian Government business case types, how to access accredited facilitators, how to assess outputs, and the common pitfalls to avoid.
