Greg Gough founded Ideas Advisory in 2017. He co-authored every edition of the Investment Management Standard, helped create the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) 16-Question Tool, and helped shape the High Value High Risk guidelines and the Gateway Review process. Over almost 20 years he has supported 19 state budget cycles, facilitated more than 1,500 workshops and conducted over 150 independent business case reviews, with a 90 per cent-plus success rate and more than $3 billion in investment secured.
