Information sessions

Supporting the Governments directive to help the staff of the Victorian government to build new skills, attitudes and perspectives we offer information sessions and training in areas of strategy, business case development, budget process, proposal review and the Investment Management Standard.

These sessions support rapid skills transfer that will enable a team to understand the government’s innovative methods and tools. The Ideas Advisory team was involved in developing many of these methodologies.

Many of the skills we teach are innovative and can be translated into a team’s regular work. Many clients value the level of upskilling gained within the organisation due to Ideas Advisory’s collaborative work style.
