This is a half-day session that introduces the Investment Management Standard (IMS). It describes the range of potential applications and unpacks the scope, intent and quality of the major outputs from the IMS workshop suite. It describes the application of the IMS including its application to support a typical budget process.

This session provides an overview of Investment Management and business case fundamentals from a highly experienced ex-Senior Department of Treasury and Finance advisor. It includes describing the tools for defining problems, benefits, considering options and developing a robust solution.

The session includes a number of practical exercises where your staff will build their knowledge and skills in the theory and application of these workshops.

This course is typically run as an in-house awareness raising session to support future Investment Management workshops.
